Hear the Shabad you are reading

Every Shabad is linked to Kirtan recordings of that exact Shabad — not a rough text match. Read a line, tap once, and listen to it sung by the Ragis you love.

Search once, get Shabads and Kirtan

Type what you remember and switch to the Kirtan tab. Instead of a wall of unrelated results, you see the Shabads that match — each with a count of how many recordings are available.

  • Recordings grouped by Shabad, so you can compare renditions
  • Each group shows the Gurbani line it belongs to
  • Plays through the official YouTube player
  • Keep listening while you browse or read elsewhere in the app

About Kirtan videos

Where do the videos come from?

Videos are played using the official embedded YouTube player. All content belongs to the respective creators and channels. Easy Shabad Finder does not host, store, download or modify any video or audio, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or any channel.

Can I keep listening while reading?

Yes. A mini-player stays on screen as you search or read, so playback continues while you move around the app.

Do I need an internet connection?

Yes, video playback requires a connection. Saved Shabads and Banis can be read offline, but Kirtan streams from YouTube.

Can I find Kirtan for a Shabad I am reading?

Yes — the reader has a Kirtan button that takes you straight to recordings of that Shabad. More about the reader →
